The time it takes for payments to reach your bank can vary based on the payment processing timeframes and your bank's policies. Typical wait time is 2-5 business days.

To ensure that you receive payment for your work, it's important to follow the correct procedure.

Here's How:

  • Log into your MOGL account.
  • Navigate to the "My Applied Jobs" tab by click your MOGL profile image in the top right of your screen.
  • Find the specific job you are trying to complete.
  • Look for the 3 vertical dots option and select it.
  • Click the “chat” option and attach proof of deliverable(s) to your message.

Contact Support if it’s been 10 business days or more since you completed your deliverable and haven’t received compensation.
