What to know once you're Hired for a Deal

After being hired make sure to confirm your availability and then review the deliverable due dates in the deal description.

Once you’ve been hired for a deal on MOGL, your deliverables will be listed in the deal description along with the estimated timeline and compensation. The timeline for a brand to respond to your application varies by company - but you will receive an automatic notification once you've been hired. If you’re uncertain, it’s okay to follow up after a reasonable amount of time and message the brand directly.

On MOGL you can message a brand directly.

Here’s How:

  1. Log into your MOGL account.
  2. Navigate to the "My Deals" tab
  3. Find the specific deal you applied for.
  4. Click the Brand's name to go to their Profile Page
  5. Click the Message button to start a message thread with them

Following Up after Applying

It's generally a good practice to send a message to the brand after you apply with your initial idea or concept of how you'd execute the deal.

Confirming Your Availability

After being hired, it’s very important that you confirm your availability for the deal.

It’s possible that the best-laid plans change, and something comes up where you can no longer do the deal. If this happens, you can let the Brand know that you either:

  • Need more time to complete the deliverables, or

  • Cannot do the deal anymore.

Modals to confirm your availability will automatically show the next time you use the app or website. If you dismiss the modals without indicating your availability, you can re-show them for the deal in the MyDeals view

If you indicate you can’t do the deal anymore, the Brand will cancel your contract, and you will not be paid.

If you are able to do the deal, you should confirm your availability right away. If you don’t confirm your availability, the Brand may cancel your contract — and if your contract is cancelled, you are not entitled to any payment.

Deliverables and Payment

After being hired your deliverables will be in the job description including estimated time of completion and compensation.

The specific instructions for sending deliverables for approval should be provided by the brand.

If not, submit proof of deliverables by uploading the picture, video, or link to the social media post via the MOGL website or app.

Here’s how:

  1. Log into your MOGL  account.
  2. Navigate to the "My Deals" tab
  3. Find the specific deal you are trying to complete.
  4. Click on the deal to access its details.
  5. Look for the "Mark as Complete" option and select it.
  6. Now upload your proof of work and submit it

Note: By following these steps and marking the deliverable as complete, you're signaling to the brand your work is done and you are ready for payment. This process helps facilitate a smooth payment transaction and ensures that you are properly compensated for your efforts.
