Hiring Athletes
Since MOGL AI automatically sources interested Athletes that are a good fit for your campaign, hiring is easy and straightforward. First look at the MOGL AI score to see if the athletes fit your basic campaign needs, then review the athlete's content. If both look good then it's a best practice to message the athletes to confirm their availability before hiring.
Get a Free replacement Athlete by Cancelling a Contract
It's possible that the best laid plans go awry and something comes up for the Athlete after you have hired them. In this case you can simply go ahead and cancel their contract (assuming no work has been done) and you will part ways - thus enabling you to hire a free replacement athlete to fulfill your campaign
How to Manage Deliverables
Managing deliverables for athletes on MOGL is simple - the athlete is required to submit a proof of work for each deliverable via the platform.
If the deliverable is a social media post, then the athlete must submit a link to that post/reel/video and the system will automatically pull in reporting data for the next 30-days. In order to see the data, you must first review and approve the deliverable - at which time payment will be released to the athlete.
