## MOGL handles contracts, tax forms, and payment security through a mix of technology, compliance partnerships, and platform-driven automation

### Contracts

- **Automated Contract Generation:** MOGL uses AI-powered processes to create contracts for influencer (NIL) engagements, establishing clear deliverables and expectations between athletes and brands.
- **Offline Contracts:** Athletes, Agents, and Brands can also agree to use offline contracts from their own legal teams if they need more customized options.

### Tax Forms & Compliance

- **Built-in Disclosure & Education:** MOGL automates the disclosure of NIL activities and provides educational courses covering topics like tax guidance, legal review, and financial literacy to ensure users understand their obligations.
- **Tax Form Handling:** MOGL uses Stripe to electronically issue 1099s to all Athletes who earn $600+ in a calendar year.

### Payment Security

- **Third-Party Payment Processors:** All payments are handled through MOGL’s approved third-party payment processors Stripe and Paypal, requiring users to provide necessary details and sometimes create accounts with these providers. These processors are PCI-compliant, support secure user authentication, and use industry-standard encryption (128-bit SSL), among other measures.
- **Fraud Protection:** MOGL reserves the right to withhold or delay payments it suspects are linked to fraud or regulatory violations.
- **Timely Payouts:** Payments for completed engagements are processed after deliverables are approved, with typical payout times of 7-10 business days to transfer funds to the Athlete's bank account from the time a deliverable is approved.
- **Compliant and Secure:** MOGL is  "secure and compliant" by design with bank-level encryption, certified payment partners (VeriSign, Visa, Amex), and robust data privacy controls to protect both users and transactions.
