NIL Deals and Jobs on MOGL

The purpose of the provided information is to explain how current NIL deals and job openings are accessible through the Job Dashboard on MOGL.

All current NIL deals and job openings will be listed on the Job Dashboard. 

To access the Job Dashboard, follow these steps:

• On Desktop: Click the tab labeled "Jobs."
• On Mobile: Click the three lines located in the top right corner of your screen, next to your MOGL profile picture. Then, navigate to the "Jobs" tab.

Scroll through the available jobs and apply to the opportunities that best fit what your brand and what you want to represent..

Hired or Denied for a Job

The timeline for job application responses can vary depending on the employer. You will receive a notification and email once a decision has been made. If you're uncertain, it's okay to follow up after a reasonable amount of time.

On MOGL you can message a brand or employer directly that you applied for. Here’s how:

1. Log into your MOGL account.
2. Navigate to the "My Applied Jobs" tab by click your MOGL profile image in the top right of your screen.
3. Find the specific job you applied for.
4. Click the Orange Button that says "Message “Brand Name”  to chat with the employer.
