Making it easier to manage Influencer Campaigns on MOGL
The new Deal Management view comes with several updates to help make the process of hiring Athlete Influencers on MOGL much easier. These changes are the results of user feedback and best practices. Lets dive into what you need to know.
Separating Applicants from Hired Athletes
Now there are separate tabs for Applicants vs. the Athletes you have hired for the deal on MOGL. This makes sorting and filtering candidates much easier - and then once you've hired the Athletes even easier to manage your campaigns. When you click the `Deal Management` button you will be taken to the Applicants tab by default until you've hired at least one Athlete - then you'll be taken to the Hired tab by default.
Introducing the MOGL AI Score and Applicant workflows
In the dedicated Applicants view, Athletes are automatically sorted by MOGL AI Score - from highest to lowest. The MOGL AI Score is a score of 1-100 that indicates how well an Athlete meets the criteria of the posted Deal. With over 16 different parameters taken into account across 1) targeting criteria 2) athlete quality and 3) social media presence, the MOGL AI Score is built to help make hiring decisions easier.
How does MOGL AI Scoring work?
The MOGL AI Score is color coded to make it easier to hire the right Athlete. 100-66 = Green, 65-41 = Orange, and 40-1 = Red. The higher the score, the better the "fit" for your Deal.
Please note that just because an Athlete has a low score does not mean they shouldn't be hired - it means that you should review their content and fit more closely.
If an Athlete is unranked, this could mean several things, including:
1) You posted a Private Deal (Athletes do not receive a MOGL AI Score for Private Deals)
2) The Athlete signed up for MOGL after you posted the Deal (Athletes are ranked when you post the deal)
3) The Athlete has previously had a Voided deliverable for one of your previous Deals. The system currently doesn't have a way to delineate between voided deliverables that were okayed by the Brand vs those that were not. Thus we air on the side of caution
Impact of the Hiring tab
A dedicated area to manage the active campaign means it is much easier to focus on coordinating tasks with the Athletes that need it most. Now it is much simpler to Bulk Message just your hired athletes to get the job done.
Deal Stage Filtering gets an Upgrade
This also means that Deal Stage filters for the Applicants and Hired tabs are different. For the Applicants tab you can filter by Applicant state:
And for the Hired tab you can now more easily filter by Campaign management state:
Using "Interested" to shortlist candidates
We've also made it easier to manage applicants you are considering by replacing the "not interested" feature with the inverse - you can now mark candidates as "interested" and then filter by this status, allowing you to more easily manage the subset of Athletes you are most likely to hire. NOTE: Athletes are not notified of being marked as interested (or unmarked interested) so you can use this feature freely.
